| Project Description:
Over the course of 4 years, 3 separate URM buildings, which make up a large portion of the City's historic freshwater facility (constructed circa 1910), underwent a series of exterior restoration and roof replacement projects. The projects included re-pointing and replacement of existing brick, using local sands and clay for historical accuracy. Roofing and flashing assemblies were replaced with new systems designed to serve the estimated remaining life of the facility.
