In 2009, PRC was retained to assist with building envelope design modifications, bid negotiations, and construction administration services for the development of the Clark Family Center Building which has recently broken ground in Portland, Oregon. The 60,000 square foot 4-story complex will be the central location for all of Catholic Charities' programs. Up to the minute construction progress can be viewed via the project's webcam at the following location.
