| Project Description:
Over the years, the 911 office building had been involved in a number of rooftop remodels and additions which complicated effective roofing and flashing, and resulted in water-intrusion problems. This complex project began with a complete assessment report, followed by design of a project with an expansive scope of work, including new metal and single-ply roof systems, as well as improvements to historic exterior features.
