| Project Description:
This multifaceted project started with a thorough investigation and assessment of the existing conditions covering the high-rise building located in downtown Portland, Oregon. Our report outlined a scope of work, which was generated into a detailed set of contract documents. The project scope included complete replacement of all roof and waterproofing systems at the roof level, complete replacement of the window washer system, and a new lightning protection system.
