| Project Description:
In 2005, PRC was retained by Miller Nash, LLP to provide leak evaluation and dispute resolution assistance for the newly constructed Dalles Middle School. Investigations and forensic testing were performed to identify and evaluate the building's metal roof system components in an effort to locate and determine the cause of moisture intrusion into the building. Options for repair and maintenance were presented in an effort to resolve issues.
