| Project Description:
On-going roofing and waterproofing problems prompted a restoration of this historic Pietro Beluschi-designed SW Portland neighborhood landmark. The barrel and pitched roofs were replaced with standing seam metal roof systems. Extensive drainage and waterproofing improvements were made at the building foundation, and the existing wood siding was repaired in conjunction with replacement of a majority of the facility's windows.
