| Project Description:
An extensive project that included restoration and repair of sandstone chimneys and parapet walls at the Pittock Mansion, as well as restoration and repair of the existing clay tile roof system. Copper flashings were repaired and added to extend the life of the existing roof. The adjacent Gate House roof was replaced with new clay tiles and copper flashings to match the existing historic roof and flashings, and the structure was seismically reinforced.
