| Project Description:
A roof management program was implemented for the Port of Portland which included a number of buildings located at 4 separate Marine Terminal sites. PRC provided detailed surveys with back-up data, roof plans, digital photos, and other information. The goal of the program was achieved by providing a long-term maintenance and repair program, as well as 20-year replacement & repair schedules. The program has since been updated for 2008, and continues to serve the Port for Marine Terminals 2, 4, and 6, including 68 separate buildings and structures which are covered by nearly 920,000 square feet of roof area.
