| Project Description:
PRC was responsible for production and assembly of a roof management program for the roof and waterproofing areas covering the building. Shortly after submitting our final report, repair projects were implemented as a means of extending existing roof life and controlling recurring moisture intrusion problems. For minimal cost, the roofs were all repaired and new standards were implemented with regard to maintenance, future repair, and future replacement.
