In 2002, PRC was retained by Valley Insurance Co. to provide a leak evaluation and report for the Jefferson County Middle School, located in Madras, Oregon. Investigations were performed to identify and evaluate the building's interior and exterior construction components at the roof level in an effort to locate and determine the cause of moisture intrusion into the building.
