Most PRC Technical Specialists have received INSTALLATIONMASTERS™ training and certification for installing various windows and envelope systems in accordance with industry standards and guidelines. In addition to installation, our specialists are able to assist with determining construction and preparing repair scopes and details.

Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards & Training
In order to bolster their expert witness testimony and comply with the Oregon Evidence Code, which identifies those able to render expert opinions other than architects and engineers, many PRC Technical Specialists maintain individual Private Investigator Licenses as required by the OAR.
