Fair and accurate
Our advice to defense counsel, or when generating a claim for plaintiff's counsel, is unbiased and based on historical performance issues and construction defects party.
We have an extensive track record of amicably resolved roof and envelope disputes, with limited mediation durations or costly trials. In order to bring parties closer to an agreement on corrective actions and costs, we believe that a fair representation of the facts must be brought to the forefront at the beginning of any dispute. Our opinions are based on prevailing codes in force during design, industry standards, AAMA and ASTM water testing, Factory Mutual Global approvals and data sheets, and historical project documentation reviews where applicable.
Concise and comprehensive reports or analyses can be provided, and are arranged and presented in a manner that is appropriate for the uniqueness of each project (as one report style does not suit all cases).
Expert testimony services are provided when needed, and our experts carry the appropriate credentials required by the Oregon Administrative Rules, as well as meaningful real world experience.
