Project Details
This project was the result of a leak test and follow-up report from PRC that recommended the removal and repair of all problematic first floor window assemblies at Cascade Middle School; a part of Evergreen Public School in Vancouver, WA.
The scope of work required the disassembly of both brick veneer and metal wall panels above, and adjacent to, each window bay. The windows were then removed, and sheet metal sill pans were inserted within each window opening. Once the sill pans were in place, the windows were re-set, and the proper flashing was added to each window head and jamb.
Below grade waterproofing and door threshold leaks were also addressed as part of this project.
PRC provided QA/QC Inspection services during the process of repair and documented the entire process with detailed field reports.
