PRC provided roof evaluation and project prioritization services to fulfill the District’s need to most efficiently allocate remaining bond expenditures.  PRC identified one critical project requiring roof replacement and identified another repair project to extend the service life of several roofs the District believed need replacement.  PRC is proud to have ensured that the District tax payer’s funding was able to be redirected to the facilities most in need allowing the District to meet their funding needs for the future decade with regard to roofing.  The critical project for replacement was designed by PRC was successfully installed in summer of 2010.  The school is located in a 50lb snow load region and the school had a historic condensation condition which through the careful roof assembly design, PRC was able to correct.  Facility occupants noted improved indoor air quality and comfort after the project was completed.  Fall protection and snow retention systems were also designed and neither system resulted in roof membrane penetrations.
