Vice President

Bruce A. Ryan is versed in all forms of roofing and waterproofing and has developed as an industry expert with regard to low slope metal panel roof systems and low slope overhead glazing systems.  He provides guidance to Ownership entities, Architects, Developers, Construction Managers, and Contractors of the Public Building environment from initial conception through construction and into the realm of asset management and preservation of the building envelope.

Mr. Ryan provides PRC with a broad range of experience associated with the building envelope industry and building science. Prior to joining PRC in 1996, Bruce gained firsthand experience working as a project foreman / superintendent for a small, high end exterior restoration and roofing contractor located in the Washington DC/Baltimore area.  Once with PRC, he began providing quality assurance inspections, exterior evaluations and moisture intrusion diagnostics, and grew into the consultant role as his experiences and education dictated.  In 1998 a principle role was undertaken which now entails the management of various business and information technology functions of the firm.

Hood, and summits of Mt. St. Helens & Mt. Adams.  Annually Bruce summits Mt. St. Helens with PRC sponsored climbs with co-workers, friends, and family.  He also spends time with his family skiing and windsurfing both of which he has enjoyed since childhood.
