In order to provide competent technicians as dictated by our Company Mission, OAR, and Industry Standard, we maintain our commitment to the profession and industry.  We uphold all of the requirements for retaining RRO and licensed Private Investigator status, and consider continuing education to be a necessary requirement for preserving our reputation as the leader in our field of expertise.


The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC)

In order to remain competent in the field and continue fostering their education, all of our Technical Staff maintain individual IIBEC certifications. By staying up-to-date on industry standards and the performance and application of all types of systems under various stresses, PRC’s Technical Specialists are able to offer exceptional consultation services.


National Institute of Building Sciences

The National Institute of Building Sciences is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that successfully brings together representatives of government, the professions, industry, labor and consumer interests, and regulatory agencies to focus on the identification and resolution of problems and potential problems that hamper the construction of safe, affordable structures for housing, commerce and industry throughout the United States.


Oregon Construction Contractors Board

PRC maintains a contractor’s license as required by OAR for the purpose of performing commercial building envelope inspections, performance of destructive testing, bid solicitations in the private and public environment, construction administration services, among others. CCB#168972

NRCA has been the professional voice of its members since 1886. With more than 3,600 members, NRCA is the leading authority in the roofing industry for information, education, technical assistance, advocacy, publications, programs and support that help your business grow.


Western States Roofing Contractors Association

WSRCA is dedicated to promoting professionalism by providing leadership for the benefit of its members. The success of each member is continually enhanced by providing: Industry education, specific to the western United States; A forum for information exchange; A means for industry problem identification and resolution; Regular communications through newsletter and trade publications; An industry liaison between manufacturers and contractors; An annual convention and trade show, the Western Roofing Expo; and The pursuit of the highest industry standards for the West.



Most PRC Technical Specialists have received INSTALLATIONMASTERS® training and certification for installing various windows and envelope systems in accordance with industry standards and guidelines. In addition to installation, our specialists are able to assist with determining construction and preparing repair scopes and details.


The Construction Specifications Institute

An organization that keeps and changes the standardization of construction language as it pertains to building specifications. CSI provides structured guidelines for specification writing in their Project Resource Manual. CSI is a must for any professional involved in designing, supplying, building, negotiating, planning, contracting or any other function in the construction-building industry.


Fenestration & Glazing Industry Alliance

The Fenestration & Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) is made up of window, door, skylight, curtain wall and storefront manufacturers, suppliers and test labs. These large and small companies represent both residential and commercial applications.


Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards & Training

In order to bolster their expert witness testimony and comply with the Oregon Evidence Code, which identifies those able to render expert opinions other than architects and engineers, many PRC Technical Specialists maintain individual Private Investigator Licenses as required by the OAR.


Energy Trust of Oregon

Energy Trust of Oregon offers information, cash incentives and contractor connections to help a range of customers use less energy, generate renewable power and protect the environment. They are a mission-based organization collaborating with utilities, nonprofits and government agencies to deliver significant clean energy benefits for Oregon.
