Derek Josephson, RRC, RRO, REWO

Prior to joining PRC in 2013, Derek developed a broad range of practical experience working as a general contractor installing building envelope systems in residential and light commercial applications. Derek E. Josephson brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including 13 years as a practicing envelope consultant. His expertise includes knowledge of numerous roofing and waterproofing systems including built-up roofing, modified bitumen, single ply, fluid-applied systems, and a variety of steep slope roof systems. Derek is highly experienced and provides project management and design services for building envelope projects, detailed investigations and assessments of existing building envelope assets, and performs quality assurance / quality control inspections for various construction projects.

Derek is a Senior Consultant and one of our key team leaders and is well respected by clients and his peers.
