Thomas Bertrand, RRO

Thomas W. Bertrand joined the PRC team in 2010; prior to that, he spent four and a half years as an architectural intern in Eugene, Oregon. With a background in architecture and computer aided drafting skills, Thomas immediately brought value as it relates to essential detailing in the building envelope world and helped to establish standards and the role of CAD Manager. Thomas brings expertise in a wide range of roof, wall and waterproofing designs, and his responsibilities include building envelope assessments and investigations, roof management, building enclosure design, and construction administration services.

As a Senior Consultant, Thomas is one of our team leaders, and in 2023 became a Shareholder at PRC and has taken on the role of Vice President of the company.
